After reaching this Communication level you...
- will be able to communicate nonverbally with horses,
- can read messages from the horse and answer in a coherent and effective way,
- will have learned more than 180 nonverbal horse gestures,
- will be aware of your own body language and the effect it has,
- will be able to use these skills for better communication with your own horses and to help other people in your community and neighborhood to also learn about equine communication,
- will be able to include these skills into human-to-human coaching programs and offer the coaching world special expertise in horse-supported-coaching.

Within the Equine Coach training program you...
- will be able to start your own business and charge the equestrian world for your work and accomplishments,
- will be able to train horses without any threat of violence; whips, spurs or other painful, old-fashioned tools and offer these services to the market,
- know how to teach ground manners, double line lunging, and prepare the horse for the smith, trailer loading and for the veterinarian,
- also be able to deal with and teach the owners and explain to them important communication tools and be able to read them, their fears and insecurities,
- will be part of a world wide community that is building the future for proper, fast and economically effective horse training,
- will not yet be able to deal with remedial horses, solve undamental problems or start young horses. But when you find you are still having fun, love what you are doing and are enjoying the positive response from your equestrian environment you can continue and reach the next level.

- will be able to work for any stud, stable, trainer and horse owner in any part of the equestrian industry,
- will be able to offer unique skills to the equestrian world,
- will be able to deal with difficult, phobic, remedial horses,
- read the horse, analyze the phobic catalyst and change a negative experience into a non-threatened memory,
- help people, horses and professional trainers to have a more successful relationship with the horse,
- will be able to work faster, more efficiently and with a lot more fun for everybody involved than any other trainer who does not have this knowledge,
- will be able to add-on the extra tool of starting young horses, which is another specialization you can offer as a fast and almost magic benefit to your clientele.

Market Research for Equine Coaches
A needs analysis developed by Andrea Kutsch in co-operation with the renowned market research institute IPSOS led to the following results concerning the new professional groups of EQUINE COACHES.
Andrea Kutsch Equine Coaches offer customized horse training involving the owners, specific trainings for horses suffering from phobias (preparing the horse for the blacksmith, the veterinarian or for trailer loading etc) as well as providing basic training for foals and starting young horses in accordance with the latest non-violent, scientifically tested, findings. All trainers are experienced in communicating and interacting with children, learner riders and horse experts and maintain a professional attitude towards customers.
The result: 41 % of the 400 horse facilities and experts participating in the survey would like to work with an Equine Communication expert, Equine Coach or Equine Master Coach.
